Positive: Location and service. The location was good to get to town. It was down a small alley, off of a street. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked. The actual bedrooms were clean, comfy and quite nice.

Negative: They say they have air conditioning, and they do, in each bedroom, but in the main living area of the property there are only screened in windows that do NOT close. They have screens only. This means it is really hot and humid in the living rooms, the kitchen and bathrooms. Tin roof with zero insulation, and a few holes make rain storms “interesting”. It is up against another building so the view from your dining area is screened windows overlooking a concreted block wall less than 12 inches away. The television is not a smart TV…..so bring your HDMI cables if you want to cast or watch anything.

Summary: Location is okay, just a few blocks from restaurant row, however one must be aware that the AC is not in the entire unit

Positive: The host was very friendly, however, I never received the code for opening the lock by email abd had problems getting in to the facility. Facility did not have any hot water availability.

Positive: The booking was a good value. I really appreciated the AC units and it was great to have a kitchen, though a can opener and some measuring cups would have been a nice addition. It was also nice to have a living room area where we could hang out as a family, but then each have our own bedrooms.

Negative: Andrea was responsive, but unfortunately we had some miscommunication issues about check-in time. When we had an issue with the water, she came out the next day to have it fixed. The wifi wasn't great, but that seemed to be true anywhere on the island.

Summary: Overall it met our needs well. Nothing fancy, but a really good value!

Positive: Comfy little house in a walkable and safe part of town. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was great, as well as the outside shower to get the sand off before entering. The kitchen had most things we needed (no wine opener) and lots of filtered water. The laundry was great too, there is even a dryer.

Negative: Because we were only a group of three, Andrea only opened 2 bedrooms and one bathroom for us. So, if you have a smaller group, just know it is not the 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms listed or advise her that you will need all the rooms (which is what we should have done). This smaller accommodation needs to be made clear beforehand as it effects the value of the listing and would have made me reconsider. The wifi signal is weak and doesn't allow streaming on the TV or downloading anything particularly fast. It works best outside on the porch.

Summary: Comfy little house in a walkable and convenient part of town.
